“We were very happy with this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable beds. Great bathroom setup. Great amenities and great staff. Friendly & professional. Highly recommend.”

“Everything was great, appartment clean and well positionned. The entry is a bit surprising and we did not know that there was no elevator - should be indicated in the room presentation -. Except these 2 points, it was very good. Thanks! ”

“The key was in a lock box by the door so we were able to check in as late as we needed to.”

“Wonderful apartment. Located very near the Hiroshima Peace Park, it's about a 10-15 min walk. Loved the local eateries and the 24h grocery store. You're not close to a train station but that's not a problem because you have buses and the dentetsu to take you there. Thank you I'll be back again!”

“Such a comfy hotel and brilliant location. This doesn't have a reception and cannot leave bags once check out ”

“Great location and spacious suite with a nice little kitchenette. We did enjoy our stay but unfortunately the room was quite moldy. There is definitely a moisture issue in the room, you can smell it the second you open the door. The bathroom fan does not work so no moisture can be pulled out when showering. This had caused a build up of toxic black mold throughout the unit. It’s visible in the bathroom as well as all over the curtains. Black mold is toxic and dangerous and some people can be...

“I woke up at around 5 a.m. because the fire alarm went off for dozens of minutes. After that, many fire trucks came in front of the hotel. When I went out into the hallway, I smelled burning, and there was a firefighter. I asked him if things were all right, and when he said they were all right, I was able to go back to sleep. There were no staff and no one told me the situation. The staff didn't say anything when we checked out. That afternoon, there was only one e-mail saying sorry that...
