It was impossible to enter the room I returned to see her at the front desk but she had already left Nobody was there, called emergency number no answer So at 1.00 in the morning I had to find another hotel to spend the night because we could not open the door of that room. The following day I went to see the girl at the front desk, very unprofessional and unpolite. Stay away from this hotel"

"The toilet seat was loose and hanging off. The shower didn't have any hot water at all. So had to take a shower in cold water. The room door was hard to close. I had to use force."

"This Extended Stay Hotel was quite nice, Comparable to Any Hilton/Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, and Similar Upscale Properties not offering Room Service and the like. The entire Staff, from Management to Front Desk Personnel, Housekeeping & Maintenance were super friendly and professional, Especially Tonja, The Manager onsite. The location, on the South Bank of The St. Johns River in Jacksonville, was mighty convenient to area Attractions, Shopping, Parks & Restaurants. I will highly recommend this property to Anyone who requires & desires the amenities of an extended stay hotel. It's definitely a lot of bang for the buck!"

"This hotel is currently under major construction, and unfortunately that was not disclosed on the website when booking. That was very misleading to guests. The room itself was okay, but it did have a noticeable mildew smell. I do want to recognize the front desk receptionist, who was very polite, professional, and apologetic about the situation and the lack of disclosure. As a guest, I expect better transparency and standards from Marriott, as this is not typically the experience associated with your brand."

"Where to start....First, the receptionist was obviously having a personal phone call at the desk causing our check-in to be 20 minutes. Nice way to be welcomed. Second, the only elevator was broken and being replaced, never mentioned online OR CHECK-IN. And were were a party of 4 with 3 seniors having to walk up to the 4th floor with bags etc. Third, room had a heavy disinfectant odor. Microwave did not work. Bath was OK. We left the next day disgusted. Woodsprings corporate...you have a problem here and likely elsewhere in your chain."
