Kyehang, Hadong hotel rooms at the Hilton Hotels

"The room did not match the quality of the pictures. The balcony was dirty with paint peeling. The room had been cleaned but did not seem very clean and the room needed to be updated. The lobby was very nice but otherwise the hotel was out of date and not very clean. We left after only one night even though we reserved to stay two. We also reserved for 5 people but upon arrival were told the room was only for 4 people. The views from the room were stunning so it was nice for that. "

"Clean room in a peaceful location but a little far from the main town area. The most disappointing part of my stay was the lack of professional service front desk staff. They lacked customer service skills and were quite abrupt. "
