The property feels quaint and traditional with all the amenities you could want and need for a trip to Kyoto. Very romantic and would highly recommend for couples. Although family friendly, not a lot for kids to do and might disturb the quiet ambiance with young children

I am very satisfied with our stay here. The service was excellent and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Wonderful staff (several are excellent English speakers). Charming layout that looks like a real street in old Kyoto. Room had its own private onsen that worked very well. Definitely appreciated that free minibar and drinks/snacks lounge and the late-snack they will bring to your room. Lovely place!
