No front desk assistance. Tried to talk to a staff member but they were not reachable. This place is not for 4 people. In opinion, it is good for 2 or 3 persons because there are only two beds and two thin mattresses on the floor. There is no microwave and no sink to wash dishes.

この値段ではビックリするくらい清潔感もあって素敵な施設でしたが、人件費を削減しすぎているせいかちょいちょい不便を感じた。特に行き違いでタオルの補充がなかったのは辛かった。 やり取りの結果、電話で補充用のタオルの倉庫の場所を教えてくれて無事タオル交換できたのですが、補充がないならあらかじめ伝えて欲しかった。 私が予約の時に注意書きなど見落としてるかもしれないので何か誤解があったらスミマセン。 電話の窓口の方は一生懸命対応してくれたので嫌な気持ちになったとか、そういうことはありません。 お部屋もシーツもタオルも清潔で綺麗でした。
