"We were sold this establishment as "family-friendly". It definetly is not. The music coming from the restaurant is extremely loud until 1h30 am during the weekend and around 11h30 pm during week days. My 3 years old couldnt nap and didn't fall asleep before midnight on both nights we were there because of the music level. The pool is uncovered and the water is boiling hot. There are nowhere to get shade on the rooftop. The "crowd" is mainly adults that want to party until dawn and suround the pool completely drunk during the weekend. On the other hand, the employees were always welcoming and the premises were mostly clean (other than the pool who was very dirty)."

"The location was spectacular! You essentially don't need to leave, with 3 restaurants, 2 pools, one roof top and rooftop sun lounging! I enjoyed an Ocean view to top things off. The room was lovely, even though, small, it was comfortable.The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Plus it is a beutiful art deco building! The area is very walkable."

"I was not very comfortable with this room the bed was uncomfortable. You had to continue walking up flights of steps because the elevator was broken. Do not stay on the trip if you want peace and quiet the staff that work at the restaurant below was very rude but the young lady who checked us in was very pleasant. "

"The property itself was great. Really amazing location and walking distance from the beach. All the included amenities were a plus (ie. beach chairs, one hour free bike ride, etc) and the check-in/check-out process was convenient. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything directly outside the doors of your unit (ie. within the building, but actually not so much outside). For me, this honestly wasn't a big deal, considering that everything else was great. However, I can see this being somewhat annoying for others. Aside from that, we had a great stay and I would stay here again. "

"The staff was rude. They clean every three days it was gross the staff were understanding about it but it was disgusting since most hotels clean everyday"
