“Terrible check in experience. I arrived late, just wants to sleep after a long day of travel. The bar next door has super loud terrible karaoke, the place was dark, they didn’t have my booking accounted for, it took them over 40 minutes to figure out what to do, they called some guy on the phone who spoke to me in a bad tone, and then they paid for an uber to move me to another location over 5 minutes away (at almost 1am) when the main reason I booked this place is because it was right in front...

“The receptionists are all very kind and helpful. The check-in and out are fast and easy. The room is big and has all the necessities, so you can cook if you want to. Although the hotel infrastructure needs some improvement, the location is perfect, near the mall, fast food, and a convenience store. The breakfast is nice and has some choices. The tours I booked can pick me up from the hotel directly, so this is great. Will come back.next time.”
