“Single room perfectly adequate & well maintained All necessary facilities avaliable, shower door was dodgy. All general access areas were good. Staff VG. Catering ideal.”

“Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.”

“Had a lovely stay at the Savoy. Location, breakfast and cleanliness great. However, my family and I were unable to sleep well. There is no soundproofing in the building we understand it is old, but surely there is something they can do to help mitigate. In the family room, be warned that the room with the 2 single beds clearly has pipes running in the ceiling. This made for a repetitive and annoying noise across the ceiling the whole night. “This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again.”

“The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.”

“Nice traditional hotel. Lovely staff. Decor would benefit from an update. Fixtures , fittings and furnishings need a refresh. Didn’t like having 2 single duvets on a double bed. Breakfast is good- cooked to order - the same offerings every day. Pool quiet and pleasant but lacks changing facilities. ”
