"Entire hotel including room was clean and smelled fresh. Could use some updating in the bathroom but never the less clean and room was spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and spacious and a good start to the day. Location was close to both Disney and Universal and easy on and off the highway. I am a travel advisor and I would choose this hotel again for another stay personally and recommend to others."

"This was a beautiful condo! We had a nice, relaxing stay and got good rest prior to our cruise. I loved the location of this resort and wished we had more time to explore the resort. "

"Pool was warm pool staff was cold and not friendly at all at the pool. Room was clean but we had to have TV serviced EVERY night, and didnt have a TV in room the first two nights. My son whonis on the spectrum needs the noise to fall asleep"

"The check in was ok he talked really fast ..we had a suite and the room needed upgrading the ceiling had stains we tried to call the front desk the phone didnt work the light in between the beds flashed we didnt have tissues and we didnt have enough towels for 5 people we had to ask for them...i probably would not stay here again it was mediocre at best. The rooms we noisy you can here everything outside...the front door was very hard to open..the suite had no paper towels and only 2 glasses that didnt match.."
