"What a great choice to spend my birthday! After coming from Paris, from another great hotel, I have to say that the Carlton in Cannes is a marvel!! Their staff is what we loved the most, they are all fantastic!! From their bellmen to their managers, all attentive, friendly, professional and charming. We loved our room, have zero complaints, beautiful well maintained property, and the view is perfect. We will definitely return!! Thank you Carlton for taking care of us! "The property is not maintaied properly. The shower cubical drain was almost blocked. Water passed very slowly. The microwave which was given first was broken, but when I complained, they changed it immediately. The lock of the property was bad. Sometimes the lock won't open and you have to remove the key and start again. The main corridor was very dark. There was no sensor which will switch on the light, you have to switch it on manually. It was very difficult to find out the switch in the dark. Otherwise the accomodation was nice, room was quite big . "
