Coming from America, I truly appreciated the local experience, and his son was the first person that I actually was able to speak to in the outback of the Territory. "We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Alexis. The location was perfect and the beach access was exceptional! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper...

"While the staff is very pleasant and the property clean, there is almost no internet speed, the area around the hotel is made up of apartment and thus noisy late at night with kids shouting. There is only 1 small restaurant at walking distance. You need car to get to beach and the pics from hotel misleading. i would recommend hotel for 1 to 2 day max, not 15 like we book and we left 2 days in our stay but hotel refused the refund (as per policy)"

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "
