"EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! From the check in to the checkout and everything in between! Eleanora and Matteo at the front desk, the bartenders and waiters by the oook and Lorenzo and Alessandro at the restaurant! Our beds were changed everyday along with our towels and anything else we used. Fresh bottles of water everyday (no charge) and turn down every night. We were treated with a hand written note by Flavia, the manager when we arrived with chocolates and candy. She left another handwritten note thanking us for our stay when we left with a bottle of Amaro from a Tuscany. She stopped to talk with us everytime we saw her to see how everything was! If there were 100 stars, that is what I would give this hotel because it is out of this world from the views to the beautiful decor and chandleliers! We enjoyed the pool and they arranged cars, wine tastings and train transportation for us. They went above and beyond and always with a smile. If you are planning a trip to that area and you don’t stay there, you are missing out! We will definitely be back because everyone made us feel as if we were part of the family. And everyone speaks English in Cortona!"

"Great location! Lovely rooftop terrace. No restaurant option on the property. Continental breakfast available. Bar service sporadic. Our power went out one day, but they were able to quickly fix."

"A beautiful location to stay for days it's equipped with everything you need. The rooms are beautiful and we have never had a better bed then this one. You will sleep like a baby the location is so peaceful. Make sure you hit all the hidden gems in the area"

"The property was relaxing and quaint. The pool was nice and the overall Tuscan country vibe and decor was nice. The location was good and the rooms were spacious. It was not walkable to anything but if you have a rental car the location is great because Cortana is a wonderful town. The staff is kind and responsive however I had an issue with the cleaning ladies where they disposed of thing of my mine thinking it was trash. I found it odd that cleaning folks would take it upon themselves to touch my things as all. I asked them to not to clean our room anymore and they did it again the next day due to poor internal communication. It was annoying to deal with that but still I would say the staff tried their best to be helpful. Lastly, I was not a fan of their breakfast. They had the basics that were heavily rooted in sweets and pork both of which I don’t eat. They made fresh plain eggs but some veggies and maybe turkey meat would have been nice. Overall, for the price point this place is good."
