"Two types of rooms, classic and modern, we booked modern. Checking in they gave us the wrong room type, never said anything during checkin that this was not the room we booked. Called the front desk and they said sorry we are sold out. They basically gave our room that we booked away and were completely unapologetic about it. They stated we can change rooms the following day which is so inconvenient to have to repack all of your stuff and move. Poor customer service attitude."

"I have never paid the amount of money I paid for an executive suite that does not have a coffee machine or a table, chair, or desk where I can put a laptop. I was told that their higher-end rooms may have coffee machines, but that they did a deal with Starbucks. Not only did I have to pay an exorbitant amount for coffee in the morning, but I had to walk the ridiculous length that it took me to go out of my room, go downstairs, get coffee, and go back. This is not only inconvenient but almost to the point of price gouging. When I asked for a late checkout because my flight got delayed until midnight, they told me that it would be an extra $50 charge. When I asked them if they could waive the charge, then they told me that there was no late checkout available. This casino just seems to nickel and dime you for everything. A bag of potato chips was $20, and a $4 bag of candy everywhere on the strip was $15. This is ridiculous. I understand it is a high-end hotel and a casino, but they have plenty of places to make their money without gouging you to death. "
