My experience was horrible from the first day. My sheets were wet when I arrived I asked the front desk for more sheets, when the receptionist brought them up she stated that I would have to put them on myself because house keeping was left at 3 pm. The second set of sheets that I received had blood on them, which I recorded a video and the final straw was roaches in my refrigerator. When the manager contacted me I was told that she worked 12 hour days, and how it was a bit of an I convince to demand I speak to her on a Sunday at 8 am. She definitely took me by surprise at her response to these issues. I didn't care whether I posted the videos online, which was only my response to her nonchalant attitude. I have never had such a horrible experience at a Wyndham Hotel !!! I will never return !!! Overall the experience was very ghetto! I wish I could post the videos....

There were definitely problems with check-in we were overcharged we were charging correctly. The hotel was beautiful, but the service was terrible and I have been promised numerous times that it would get corrected and as of today it is still not corrected and I have not received the promised email showing my receipt.
