"I was thrilled to enter my large super comfortable room. I arrived early after driving up from NYC. The front lady met me with a big smile. She said come back in an hour and she made early check in available. The large tv has so many channels. The big bed so very comfortable. I rested the rest of the day before going to Brimfield antique fair the next day. I checked out at 5am I did not eat breakfast. I was totally happy to have stayed at this hotel. It was friendly and clean and oh so comfortable. "

"On one hand this property scored high marks for cleanliness. However that became a downside in this case. A properly cleaned tub floor become like a sheet of ice making a simple shower very unnerving, worrisome, and huge liability risk! To add to this danger, the shower lacked any grab bars to help support in the effort to avoid slip falls! Further, even when I suggested/requested a tub mat from front desk staff, I was told they “are not allowed to use tub floor mats” and didn’t show any concern over my obvious concern for myself and other guest for slip fall risk! She just blew me off to return back to her conversation that appeared to be of a personal nature with a visiting friend. Also receiving low marks in my review was maintenance of this property. The room heating unit was in disrepair. The cover was not secured and was only partially in place covering the mechanical parts of the appliance. Further yet, it did NOT effectively control room temperature. It only blew one Temperature which was not as desired and set on the unit’s thermostat. Cold when needed heat and vice versa! The toilet had a malfunction as well. I suspect a bad flapper in the tank as it sounded like a constant leak and fill process every few minutes. And, to flush the bowl, users had to hold the flush handle down for about 19-15 seconds until the flush finally occurred. Again, when I asked this to be repaired at front desk, I was blown off. Lastly, the room’s mini fridge unit was bad."

"The bathroom could have been a little cleaner in the shower/tub corners. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was okay, I wish there was two choices of meat instead of two styles of sausages. Airport shuttle was third company agent but was fine."

"I appreciate this location very much, and the guy gave me a break on the deposit. If you like airplanes, you wil ve thrilled because they flyover very close! I recommend the pizza 🍕 next door at Doro's Marketplace or bowl at Spare Time."

"I stayed here while attending a funeral and overall the stay was not bad. The staff was very kind and welcoming during a difficult time, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was very spacious and clean. One thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs may be difficult for some guests. I did experience some allergies during my stay due to dust in the room, but aside from that, the experience was decent overall."

"The hotel is undergoing some much needed renovations with workers moving carts of debris through the halls. Also there is noise while they’re working which is annoying."

"Everything about this hotel was great. From the staff checking us in to the very large room and the proximity to all. Breakfast was good and warm with lots to choose from."

"We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a graduation at Western New England University. The location was perfect for our needs. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. No safe though, FYI. Complimentary hot breakfast was a nice feature. EV parking was functional and also a convenience to recharge my car after a long drive. The parking spaces overall are very narrow. large vehicles really have to squeeze into any parking space. I'd recommend this hotel if you need basic accommodations while visiting downtown Springfield MA."
