"House was very dirty, no heat, kitchen cabinets and drawers all broken and filthy, mold in the refrigerator, bathroom fixtures broken, shower clogged. Property manager didnt address any of the issues, refused to bring additional wood for chimney and blankets, didnāt even come when power went out because of storm. Property manager attempted to come in the house with vendors to install cinema system during our stay, Very rude, unprofessional and cheap."

Die TĆ¼r zur Terrasse war nicht abschlieĆbar, sodass man jederzeit in unser Zimmer spazieren konnte. Auf Nachfragen sagte man uns, dass die Techniker schon weg seien. Auf die Bitte hin ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, rief der nette und hilfsbereite Mann an der Rezeption bei der Managerin an, die ihn anschrie und meinte:"I don't care!!!"...
