โAbsolutely beautiful place to stay during our time on the island. Staff was amazing, breakfast was perfect every morning. They even provided a birthday cake for me during our stay. The history of the house added to the charm. Room was lovely. โ

โGreat views. Quiet- but some road noise. 10-15 minute drive from Ponta Delgada center. Beautiful grounds, really enjoyed the property and the room. โ
โThe front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, as were the porters, especially Daniel who helped us with our luggage. The housekeeping staff was amazing, so friendly and yet they work very hard.
For that reason, I chose a 5 star rating.
However, we did not find the breakfast staff particularly friendly, never a smile from the ladies who cleaned the tables. We would also suggest the hotel upgrade the hallway carpeting on the first floor. It would also have been nice to have another egg option...

โWonderful hotel, perfectly located. Surrounded by restaurants and shops and things to do. They will call taxis or arrange things you need. The morning basket of snacks and breakfast was great. โ
