"The room way tiny, but that’s NYC. For the price it was perfect. It’s an older building, but the location was perfect and for the price I’d stay again!"

"Only 1 elevator operated during breakfast times. The one elevator never came. They have 6 elevators and they worked at 11am for checking out. They could also use more sitting area in the lobby area. Everything is was great."

"The location is great. Rooms are small and could use a facelift but ok. Rooms that say double beds are 47” so if sharing a bed it’s tight for two adults. Staff are friendly. $35 tourism charge per night that you can reclaim as credit if you purchase from restaurant. We used it to get Starbucks and a few snacks each day."
