“Breakfast was fine. Bartender in the evening was not terrific. Cleanliness needed work. ”

“Breakfast was good and area was very clean. Shuttle from airport was very fast. Check in was a breeze. I had shipped my toiletries to the hotel and was a little worried that they wouldn’t be there but they retrieved my package right away. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Two women fighting over 3 hours yelling and slamming doors before manager called 911. Went to check out and 4 employees and the women manager got into a screaming match in front of 6 customers!! Not to mention we had no hot water, had to call front desk and safe was inoperable. ”

“Customer service desk employee was less then knowledgeable. Hot tub broken but he couldn't remember it was broken until halfway through our conversation and he replied "ooooooooh yeah there was a maintenence man here today, the hot tub heater is broken. So do you want to cancel reservation and leave or I can contact my manager and have her contact you tomorrow about a refund?" Tomorrow never ended up happening. Pool was freezing cold. Blinds didn't go up or down stuck half open. Beds were ok...

“Great for family ”

“I was in 2 different rooms. The first room was 2nd floor, it smelled like pee, mold, and cleaning product; the 2nd room was 3rd floor and smelled musty and moldy. The front desk guy that works in the evening before the late shift was extremely helpful and accommodating as much as he could be. The elevator buttons sometimes don’t work, and there were other guest that were roaming the hallways on their phone and talking to each other all night, pacing back and forth in the hallway. ”

“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”

The pool was not heated and was full of leaves. The shuttle was great if you could use it, we booked for this reason and was told at the time of of our flight (mid morning) we would just have to give 10 minutes notice but unfortunately when we went to take it we were told it would be over an hour and were offered no other...

“We chose this location due to pricing as well as location close to the highway. We didn’t realize that this highway was a toll highway unfortunately. It is located in a commercial or industrial area. I wouldn’t walk around at night time. We are about 20 minutes outside of Ybor. The pool was nice. There weren’t a lot of towels available.
