"This is a really nice hotel. The staff and amenities are first rate. The only complaint I have is the mattresses need to be replaced and upgraded."

"The building needs some upgrades and plumbing can be improved because the drains smelled like sewage when water going through. Breakfast was good but some pastries needed to be fresh as we found mold in a muffin."

"Paid $2400 for two nights in a gold suite and bath tub was so small an average person wouldn’t fit ! Hold suite overlooked parking lot just out window . Booked months in advance so should not have been an issue . Was told for additional $100 night could move me to same suite but better view . One would think a $1200 a night suite would be amazing views . Also hot charged $250 at check in for resort fees "

"The room was clean and the bedding was clean. The staff was so accommodating. If I have any complaints it would be that there’s a copper stain in the bathroom and the tub drain plug seemed broken. Everything else was perfectly fine. "

"Where do I begin? The property on the outside is ok. On the inside, it’s a different story. It is outdated. I get it, it is an old building. Now the room, oh boy. It was not the best but close to holly hell. The kitchen had the basic but everything was dirty. When I say dirty, they need to hire a cleaning crew with experience. Spatula still had previous food on it. Cabinets are about to fall apart and are dirty. I don’t think I will be staying there again. "
