โWe stayed here before leaving on a Carnival cruise, Carnival Paradise. It was incredibly close and had a shuttle to and from the port. Staff helped load and unload, let us come bsck to the hotel while we waited for our departing flight.โ
โThis seems to be more of an extended stay than a hotel. Limited lobby with basic front desk and most of the guests seemed to have a dog, which I enjoyed because I love dogs. But itโs not the lobby bar, bellman, nice music you might expect for the price point. You are on your own with your luggage.
Pat said, I found the room very comfortable and loved having a washer and dryer because Iโve been on the road for a week.
There is a very nice and expansive pool deck, but no bartender at the bar...
โI enjoyed my stay! The soaking tub was a relaxing highlight, and the room size was excellentโvery spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view of the pool, enhancing the peaceful ambiance. Would stay again!โ
โThe condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.โ
โCheck in was below average. Did not feel welcomed at all. No eye contact. No greetings. I did not even want to check the lady's name. If someone like that stays in this hotel, your NPS will never make it. However, breakfast was ok. The only thing great was the guy who was cleaning up the tables for the breakfast hours. Hardworking and doing his job the best way possible. I wouldn't want to come back. โ
โThe room was a bit worn looking. Stains in the carpet, stains on the tile. But it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning was good.โ
