“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”

When I checked in though, I was barely greeted by the front desk gentlemen- same thing when we checked out, same man- no smile, not even a peep so I was a little thrown off by that. The pool area was nice but inside the pool, the steps looked like they needed some scrubbing, almost like moldy so not the cleanest pool I’ve seen. The valet guys were AWESOME!
