The lobby is stunning! It was a little bit of a let down when we got to our room. Decently clean but just lackluster compared to the lobby and the shower water pressure was terribleeeee. Thank God I didn’t get my hair wet in the pool to wash it in that terrible pressure. Husband got mocha from the coffee shop and said it was decent but a little milky. Some things I love is that there is a pool table and foosball table and games in the lobby (guess who, jenga, chutes and ladders, etc). The pool and hot tub were pretty nice but kinda hard to find. The outdoor pool and hot tub— ummm not great on a 37 degree morning! lol the hot tub outside was not hot, just like a normal pool temp and the pool was pretty cold even though it’s ‘heated’. It would probably be great on a 55 degree day but it was fun to test nonetheless. Decent place, nice fireplace outside, I do wish there were “do not disturb” signs for the doors. Didn’t try the restaurant but overall happy with our stay. Just wish more amenities were available but not all are during certain times of year.

Really impressed. This place has changed ownership many times in my life. Currently owned by Geneva National across the lake. Saltwater outdoor pool is already open for our 80 degree weekend ! Fabulous prime rib last night at Crafted and danced all night in the bar to live music!

We had a great time at The Ridge! My fiancé and I were looking for a little getaway for one night and we had a great time! They upgraded us to a lake/pool view upon check in for free because they had it anvailable. Everything was clean and nice. We absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna! Highly recommend for those looking for a nice little getaway. The only small thing that bugged me was the walls in the hotel rooms were super thin- we could hear the people’s conversation next door to us crystal clear in the morning, and their hair dryer, and their toilet flushing. But- when you’re in a shared space in close proximity, this is bound to happen! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

I absolutely love this hotel. I have been coming here for the last 20years when it was perviously the intercontinental. Updates are fantastic and the food was great. My only complaint is the temperature of the pool. It is so cold. I know they changed over to salt water pool (which is fine), but they really need to reassess this. I have stayed at many hotels across the US. This is by far the coldest pool I have ever been in. My kids couldn’t tolerate the pool over 20min. When you asked the front desk, they simply note that it is within regulation, but there really is no reason why they cannot increase the temperature slightly. Salt water pools must be over 60 degrees and have no heat limit. Other than this, truly a great stay that is pet friendly.

Ein super Hotel für einen kurzen Trip. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war auch sauber und hatte alles was wir bräuchten. Auch ein Babybett war verfügbar obwohl es bei der Hotelbeschreibung als "nicht verfügbar" angezeigt wurde. Also wirklich top! Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns die Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Hier gab es nur das Cafe in der Lobby, das leider nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl hatte. Außerdem wurde dort alles in einmal Verpackung serviert, so dass bei einem Frühstück zu zweit mit Kaffee und Croissant extrem viel Müll angefallen ist. Das ist aus meiner Sicht für ein nachhaltiges Hotel leider nicht sehr glaubwürdig.

Our first stay was good last year. However we were surprise by our second stay. Elevators was not working and the back elevator was very outdated, carpets and walls from the back stairs were dirty, paint was peeling off in our bathroom, the ladies locker room was dirty with the toilet clogged. We had loud young guests that kept opening the back door to smoke cigarettes, and yelling cursing as if someone was arguing. They’re were little kids around. At 1130pm it was loud with people talking and when we informed the front desk, we felt like nothing was done that the noise was continued until 12:30am.

Property over all was great! We booked through expedia so maybe this should be a review for them. I paid in advance and once we arrived we still owed “booking fees” which was $75 bucks.

Beautiful grounds, attentive and helpful staff. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and especially the steam room were so relaxing. The restaurant and the cafe both had excellent food and friendly service.

The room could use some repairs. The bathroom door did not close because it was not hung correctly. The vent fan was cut around the shower, very poorly planned. Plenty of pillows, nice room other than the janky bathroom. Great lounge area by check in where people can hang out and play cards, watch tv. Staff was very nice and they have a shuttle service to get you to and from their sister restaurants.

The Crafted Italia was very good. Room and hotel in general were very clean. Staff were friendly. However, too many little kids in the hot tub which we thought is suppose to be for adults.
