“Excellent location, nice rooms. Breakfast options may need some feedback to improve but it was better than a continental breakfast. Very spacious rooms, nice shower, very hot water in bathroom and kitchen areas. The pool was perfect for a sunny day!”

“Great value for the price! Any comments would be arbitrary, yet perhaps helpful for management. Beds and bedding were satisfactory (considering price!). Room for improvement. Bathroom soaps and shampoos were fabulous! Only one complaint - a coffee pot would have been enjoyed in the room. For many, lounging in a hotel room with a cup of coffee is the best way to begin a day. Instead, you have to get dressed and head to the lobby for coffee. Again, just a suggestion!”

“The room, the staff , and the overall cleanliness of the hotel gets 10 out of 10 . However, Elevator out of order was an inconvenience being on the 3rd Floor. Also it would be nice if front desk kept quarters for the laundry.”

“The gentleman who checked me in (close to midnight) was wonderful. We were exhausted from a delayed flight, and he made things so easy. We had a good experience overnight. When we went to shower ADA shower bench did not go up, and the toilet didn’t want to flush until we tried multiple times. When we went to breakfast the gentleman was just reading his newspaper instead of tending to the guests food. The milk was gone and when I asked him if we could get more, he huffed and had me get a cup...

“The staff was soooo rude. She wrote the Wi-Fi wrong on the card holder then was upset that we didn’t understand it. There were lots of homeless people that are able to hang out all times of the night. It was soooo scary but we had to stay because it was getting really late.”

“For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.”

“The bathroom smelt of mildew. The room was slightly less than what I expected from the pictures. I felt like for what the nightly fee was it should have been a little nicer.”

“Overall the hotel room was aesthetically pleasing including the patio (no smoking) .. However the lack of inclusion& amenities (No FREE breakfast, NO included fridge, & NO Pool ) was unfortunate, not worth the price of +$200. I could’ve stayed at Hilton for the same price & with all amenities.”

“Price was good...BUT Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub...
