"The stay was great as usual. we have stayed here multiple times and enjoy every visit.The rooms are extremely clean. Beds made every day fresh towels the room very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this small little motel on the side of the road to anybody that’s traveling on route 17 in New York or is anywhere near Hancock, New York great Little town. We suggest the old bat factory for your coffee and breakfast needs good sandwiches made fresh in the restaurant area, again friendly staff and it’s walkable distance from the motel. They also have mobile gas at that location. There is a McDonald’s diagonally across the street which closes early so don’t wait till late to get your snack from there. There is a small old-fashioned diner in town that also has good food and an Italian restaurant which we didn’t get to try, but it looked like it was busy.I suggest you give this motel a try you won’t be disappointed as far as I’m concerned."

"This inn falls somewhere between dilapidated and charming. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were appreciated. The breakfast was adequate. The in keeper was great. However, the property could use a significant upgrade."

"This is an old motel & had older things. But we had tv, charging available. It was clean & we weren't bothered with noise, etc. The rates for a one-bed, which was huge, were very affordable."

"The location is great, the property is beautiful, the breakfast was ah-mazing, and Delanie is super cool! We opted for a suite in the barn which was super spacious and far nicer than the big expensive hotel we stayed at the night before in Philadelphia. It's very close to Bethel Woods and this area has a lot of fun country roads that I could spend all day on. Though we stayed for a concert, I will be back to check out the surrounding area!"

"Not many Motels are excellent but this one was way above what we expected. Private outdoor seating for each room. Nice bathroom and great kitchette with a decent size mini fridge/freezer was a nice surprise. We were greeted with s'mores 'round a campfire on Friday night. Come on that's cute as heck. I heard from a reliable source that the place is undergoing "upgrades". We didn't hear a thing."
