Beautiful property, great communication with the host, very safe to stay with family. Rooms were clean, all appliances work as expected. The lake is a few metres walk and is magnificent. We loved the kayak and paddle board system they have, easy and efficiently managed. Close proximity to Huntsville, Algonquin park and arrowhead too.

Central location to drive to hikes and restaurants. It was spacious and the two beds didn’t feel cramped. Be sure to bring bottled water!

Cottages had a beautiful view of Dwight Bay / Lake of Bays. Check in process was seemingly less with lots of communication from the owner prior to arrival. The size of the cottage was the perfect size for a family of four wanting to take advantage of being outdoors.

I went for 2 days to relax. When people walked upstairs it was so loud that it kept me up till after 1 and then up again from 4 0'clock. The place was great but noise is a big problem. I am going home exhausted instead of refreshed. My second time there. Not sure it ill come back.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to any communication. The property itself was good overall. However, we experienced a water outage for one night during our stay, which was disappointing and the rooms were not super clean. Since I booked last-minute, I paid a premium rate, and given the issues, I don’t think the property quite justified that price.

We had an amazing stay! The staff is lovely and very efficient. The place was very clean. Beds were comfy and very clean as well. We had everything we needed and the beach was beautiful. There was always a canoe there when we wanted to go for a paddle no matter what time of day. (They were never all out) We had a fire every night. The lake is spectacular with the Oxtongue river just a 15 min paddle away. We hope to return in the near future.

This was our third stay. This is a delightfully quiet and beautiful place to stay. These are older cottages but they are well-maintained and have modern amenities. We plan to go again next year.

Lovely position on the edge of the lake. Peaceful and comfortable lodge. We stayed here out of season and will hopefully come back in the summer to enjoy the activities on the lake.

Dated accommodation needs a full upgrade in facilities. Location is wonderful, aircon was basically a piece of junk that did nothing other than a fan. Area around the microwave was poor for any kind of food prep, ideally needed kitchen sink and area for laundry. Staff were very good.
