The Royal Park Canvas – Sapporo Odori Park

"Our stay at the Royal Park Canvas in Sapporo was excellent. The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The hotel had a rooftop where you could grill jingisukan or just have a beer, and the cocktail lounge was also great fun with good vibes and a DJ on Saturday night. We had breakfast only one day, but it was delicious, and we had considered also eating at their restaurant which is very well-reviewed but just didn’t have enough time. We would very happily stay at this hotel again if/when we return to Sapporo."

"Overall I thought the hotel was great--the breakfast was outstanding and the location very convenient. My only problem was that the room was so small that there wasn't enough space to walk around my suitcase when open--I had to crawl across the bed to get to the other side of the room. I don't think this would keep me from staying there again, but I might get a bigger room next time."

"I stayed in a corner suite, which was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The parking garage was excellent and very convenient. The hotel is new, and the facilities are modern and well maintained. The staff was not particularly helpful, but given that this is a large hotel, I suppose you cannot expect too much in terms of personalized service. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again."
