"The check is at 4:00 pm. It was a bit cool for pool as the evening wind down. My neighbors were abit noisy when they came my granddaughter thought something was in the attic as she was on the bunk bed. I had to remove her from the bunk bed. I was not familiar with the place when I booked it. Tell you to bring somebody out we need help."

"Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. The room was basic but clean and just what we needed for a quick stay. Ceiling fan was a huge plus. We did not use the amenities. The shower was a huge very high set garden tub which was not the easiest to get in and out of. I don’t know if all units are this way but definitely worth asking if you struggle with getting in and out of shower. The property was clean and quiet. Overall I would recommend. "

"We booked a three bedroom villa for myself and three of my adult children for 8 nights. I have stayed at Reunion 3 times in the past with the last time being 2016. The initial villa assigned to us was very "tired". The arm chair in the living room had a broken leg and was not usable. The dining chair pads felt like kids had been jumping on them and had no structure.Very uncomfortable. The carpets were soiled and we felt we needed footwear to walk on them to feel comfortable.With us being Canadian,wearing outside shoes inside was foreign to us. I did speak with the reception who informed us at the time that they had no other units available but did apologize. A couple of hours later I received a call from the manager offering us a new three bedroom unit. This unit was much nicer and very comfortable.It seems it is a hit or miss situation when booking with Reunion.That was not my experience at all in th eprevious three times we had stayed with them."

"Other than the room being clean, the hotel was disgusting. The website mentioned that some rooms are being remodeled, NOT TRUE! The whole hotels ia being remodeled, is filthy, smells of mold, garbage everywhere. Creepy workers lurking everywhere. The website never mentions that the pool is out of commission (no water in it). They should be closed down during renovations. Pictures/website are very deceiving. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I am actually thinking of asking for a reimbursement!!!! "
