“My room wasn't clean”

“Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out.”

“Brand new hotel. We loved the room layout with the small kitchenette although we didn't need it for this trip. Easy to get to. Several restaurants close by for easy eating.”

“It is an older building that needs some renovation and TLC. You get what you pay for I guess.”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room were quite during our 3 night stay despite being next to the airport. Debbie at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Would stay here again.”

“The breakfast was wonderful so many items to choose from! We were very impressed at the size of the room! It was decorated so cute! Luv it!”
