Wasn't there long enough to form an opinion - needed a place to stay for one night before an early flight - no airport shuttle but they provide public transportation tickets - unfortunately it wasn't relevant for us.

Breakfast was very good although on a Sunday morning they had 2 staff working, so some of the tables were left with used dishes and took a long time to clear. Stayed here for two nights. Location is excellent with a short walk to old town. Tram station is right in front of the hotel. They also sent you a free Geneva travel card during your stay so you can travel on all public transportations. Room is ok with the basic amenities except coffee machine. You ...

This is a lovely property. We booked a balcony with a retractable awning (with a spiral staircase to the room!) with excellent views of Geneva and the lake.
