โVery clean hotel, convenient as itโs downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didnโt have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and canโt believe how congested and built up...
โThe parking lot wasnโt owned by the hotel and it was a bit of a hassle to park. I was surprised that we had to pay for parking separate from the hotel. โ
โ10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasnโt very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. โ
โMy husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. Thereโs plenty of activities for the kids to do, thereโs a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing.โ
โWe loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we wonโt be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay. โ
โThe TV was hard to figure out but the staff came and happily sorted it for me. good shower. i slept well after a very hard day. check out was fast with no surprises. buns and coffee were adequate to gwt me to breakfast.โ
โOur stay was great! The staff was very nice. Every where we went was a 10 minute drive or less. Close to the baseball field and football stadium. โ
โConvenient location. Very noisy street and the air conditioner was loud, but at least it had an air conditioner. Use good earplugs and youre good to go.โ
โAll the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We got in early from Los Angeles and they were able to check us in a little early. Nice snacks every morning. Coffee really good and all day. Water bottles on demand. Housecleaning are all super friendly and helpful. Really close walk to civic center. Really a nice visit to Campus Inn. They just need to fix the AC plug outletsโฆseveral plugs just fell right out. Weโll definitely be back. Great job!โ
