"Due to energy conservation upgrades, bathroom lights turn off at 9-10 mins mark. Because of no warming on this feature, I have fallen while in the shower. I have immediately reported the fall after coming out the shower. I have a few concerns. I talked to the front desk staff, Dave, and Mido. None of your staff knows the exact time your sensors have for the bathroom light, so I have conducted a few times of turning it on and waiting until it turns off automatically. It varies from 9 min and 13 secs to 10 mins and 13 secs. I have a video of it. Dave checked the light switch and found nothing wrong. So it works well. You have no kill switch to stop the automatic turn off. I know this because I have asked him to stop the sensors. Your sensors do not sense the movement inside the glass shower. When the lights turned off, it only turned back on when I opened the glass door, but I have already fallen then. That’s when I knew your lights are on auto off mode with sensors. Your bathrooms have no windows, so there is no natural light. That’s no problem. The problem is that you have an auto off mode on your lights that will turn off after 9-10 mins. If you’re inside the shower, you will be in darkness, and that little light at the socket at the sink is not enough light for safety. The app you use for valet does not work well. It only tells you your car is being retrieved, but not when the car is already there. Check with your app vendor. It’s frustrating. "

"Hotel is older and the room sizes are very small. Parking is ridiculously expensive and it’s not possible to easily self-park. That requires paying for valet parking, even if you don’t want to. The restaurant on the premises is overpriced, and I was essentially kicked out of the restaurant before I admitted finish my meal. The waitress/server “upsold” an additional glass of wine, and then promptly asked me to leave and take the wine to my room. I was unable to finish the meal because she wanted to close up the restaurant."

"The property felt clean, and fresh, and new. It was a unique experience - a room like I've never stayed in before. That said, I rated it Good instead of excellent because of a few quirks that detracted from the experience like "napkins" for toilet paper that weren't up to the job. Also, while the lighting was very nice in some aspects, I couldn't figure out (and this may be on me) how to turn on the light for the toilet without turning on the lights for the whole room and waking my wife."
