“The pool is in need of serious repairs. The air took a long time to cool down. I let the lady at the front desk know but she said it was because it was hot outside. The restaurant was closed. Not a resort. ”

“The stay was overall enjoyable. The views are great, and the property has wildlife everywhere you look. The best sightings were early in the morning or late at night, when things were quieter and the animals were more active. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. Free breakfast was included and was great. Free guided day tour was also included. Also did the night tour and would highly recommend it. ”

“Property was well-maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, but nice. Food prices are comparable to the area. Location is very good. Biggest draw back is the hotel does not provide towels for the beach. Also, you have to rent a beach umbrella and chairs each day from locals - however this seemed to be common. ”

“Slow time of year, and the staff couldn't muster enough energy to scoop dead bugs, spiders, and leaves out of the pool. I believe we were the only occupants at the entire facility. People playing video games in the parking lot at night, being too loud. Hole in the ceiling of the bathroom where a fan used to be; could see clear to the roof. Inadequate blanket on bed; not suitable for sleeping under. Lock on the door gave way if you pushed on the door hard enough. I've stayed here twice...

“The hotel was lovely but we had a room that faced the road and did not match the one described. I was very disappointed at first. But it was not the hotel's fault at all and they went out of their way to make our stay nice. My suggestion is not to book with Expedia. Go directly to the website of the property and select the appropriate room. ”
