Overall, the property was excellent and the staff was helpful when needed. The only downside was the fact that, though the reservation was for six people, the room was not prepared for that number (i.e., amount of sheets and towels). Additionally, there was a used k-cup left in the tray by the coffee maker.

The floors of our room were dirty. To me, a "suite" should have a true kitchenette which includes dishes and paper towels. The table had only one chair. The staff were all very friendly.

Great spot for couples.

Really comfortable hotel in a great part of Henderson. Walkable bars, restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. The room was very quiet (we stayed on the 6th floor) and very comfortable. Breakfast options were good and parking was a breeze!

Felicia was incredibly helpful and friendly. After a long day of travel she was very welcoming. We had come to see family and she helped them surprise us when we arrived. We will book here when me make this trip in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue. They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money. On top of that, the hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear people talking and arguing outside, as well as footsteps from the hallway and upstairs. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property appeared to have been recently remodeled. Everything was new and nice, and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
