Only small point for improvement was that at checkout there were 3 (maybe even 4 colleagues on the front desk) and only 1 of them seemed to be able to do anything.. which then created bottlenecks."

"This was a great place to stay if you want to be in a quieter scenic area. It was not in the center of town, but was easily walkable along the lake. It took an average of 15-20 min walk to get to the Ferris wheel in Lecco and it was a 25-30 min walk to the main Lecco train station. The room in the hotel was clean and the restaurant had great dinner options! "

"This hotel is AMAZING!! Best one we stayed at during our trip around Europe. The service is honestly 6 stars. They are so on top of everything. The hotel itself is stunning and very spacious. They also have the most incredible spa facility that us truly a hidden gem so pack a bathing suit. It’s free for hotel guests to use and it’s unlike anything I had ever seen. "Absolutely stunning views from your private balcony! This was the reason we booked here and it did not disappoint. A few restaurants within walking distance but on a very busy street not the best for walking with traffic. We did not care for the hotel restaurants menu so we did not eat there unfortunately. Helvetia a few doors down for greasy pizza and aurora restaurant for lunch and dinner were great choices with beautiful views about 7 minute walk down the road. "
