“We loved our stay here. The atmosphere was wonderful and all staff very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is that they might warn folks coming in that it's is a steep walk uphill so if you have bags you might want to consider the bus which stops almost right in front of the hotel. Without bags, it is a reasonable walk from everywhere and once at the hotel it is quiet and peaceful. I loved the breakfast being pre-selected, then ready to serve at your little table in the garden.”

“Hotel was great! Very spacious, clean and staff was responsive. They even gave us a little gift for our honeymoon which was thoughtful. They provided a list of recommendations and location was perfect! Steps from the train and walkable to all the restos, shops and ferries. Would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Espectacular!!! Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como. Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús. Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera. “Overall it was a beautiful house. We unfortunately had issues with rainwater coming through and flooding the foyer during an extreme thunderstorm our first night. The oven had not been properly grounded, and would give a fairly decent shock to anyone that touched it. The house in reality only sleeps 7 adults, instead of the 8 people advertised. The location called for beautiful views of the lake, but was an extreme hassle to get to and from the center of town. ”

“Beautiful property with a view of Lake Como! Very welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Management went out of their way to make us feel special! A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!”

"The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
