“Property manager provided detailed information on how to reach the property and the views of Lake Como was amazing. ”

“Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!”

“Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. ”

“I put this view from the Villa in the top three most beautiful experiences my eyes have ever taken in anywhere in the world. I could sit on the pool deck forever. The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. I cannot imagine anyone staying here and saying that it wasn't perfect. It will make you think about moving to Chernobbio. ”

“Fantastically equipped and freshly renovated apartment. Beautiful view of Lake Como. The host was very friendly and helped information. The parking hill was a little steep and tight but other than that, the room was fantastic. 20 minute drive to either Como or Bellagio. Toys for the kids to play with and fully equipped kitchen minus a coffee maker. Highly recommended!!!”

“The stay was absolutely a disappointment. The property is not maintained and not cleaned. Things were broken and not in working condition. Some examples via photos submitted but not all inclusived. In addition, the internet is not functional! Simply put, the is not as advertised. If our stay was longer than 2 nights, we would of found other accommodations. A portion of the cost should be returned. Finally the porperty managers could care less about our experience!”

“Villa Rosalia was a perfect choice. We were 3 couples. Plenty of room. Wonderful kitchen. All bedrooms/baths were so nicely appointed. Covered porch was perfect for dinner while we watched a storm come in. Pool was bonus! Location up the hill made for great views, and was away from all the crowds in town”

“Great view but no Wifi. We called, we stopped in the office but they just told us the password and that was it. We were there for three days couldn't book reservations, boats, excursions, research or do any work because for 3 days no wifi. It was so upsetting and no-one seemed to really care. Property was nice but SO FRUSTRATING. I think they know as many complaints but do not do anything to fix or update the problem.”

"The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
