“I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car). So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key. After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key. This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door. Further more room TV is located more than 2m high. The host never say "I am sorry !"”

“This was a magnificent find! Very small and quaint, with exceptional service. It is off the beaten path, and about 15 minute walk from crowded, bustling Bellagio. Much of the hike is uphill and on stairs, so beware of carrying luggage. Taxis are hard to find, and our host was kind enough to drive us to an early ferry upon departure (for a fee). Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. We didn’t include breakfast, but added a couple during our stay. Lovely to have in the garden, but...

“The best location in town ... 2 bloody from the ferry station, restaurants options right in front of you , walkable from the train station, I totally recommend this place ... my room was huge , I was a little scared at the beginning because the pictures don't really show the condition of the place ... “The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ferry dock and walking distance to the main street. “Beautiful property overlooking Lake Como. Terraced and private, and offers exceptional vistas. Hosts were lovely and incredibly helpful arranging local dining, transportation, and activities. Rooms were spacious, entire place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were excellent. Conveniently close to Como and Bellagio. Would highly recommend this place. ”

“Our hostess was incredible! The day of our arrival, we took the wrong bus on a hot day and she greeted us at our room with a carafe of chilled water! She made us feel very welcome throughout our stay, and the breakfast was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation in Bellagio.”

“Ficamos apenas 2 noites, mas adoramos nossa estadia, o local era muito tranquilo com linda vista, o quarto e banheiro era muito bom e espaçoso, a caminhada até o centro tinha muitas subidas, mas o transporte por ônibus que passa praticamente na porta nos ajudou muito. Café da manhã muito excelente, ótimo atendimento da equipe, e a tranquilidade do local foi tudo perfeito.”

"The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
