“Great location in a quiet and still close to Bellagio Downtown. Air conditioning everywhere and very clean room. Laura has been amazing in receiving us and spending time giving us all the tips from a local person. Available any time you have a question. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared and on time. I recommend the location. You feel well received like family.”

“The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. She cried when she saw them. The owner was nice to remove some of the spider webs. But the bugs was the bigger issue for us. I wasn’t very...

“The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ferry dock and walking distance to the main street. Stefano our host was super nice and attentive! We had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone!”

“Best place in Lake Como. Desh and Alicia were great and the owner Elizabeth was so nice and generous. Gave us a ride to our destination in her own car and also helped us with the luggage transportation at no charge. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
