“The minute you enter the boutique hotel lobby you’re greeted by a lovely attendant. He was very helpful and so nice. Our room was super clean, very new, and beautiful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Views of the lake were spectacular. The location is about 10 minutes (walking) from a cafe and 10 min drive from a small town. Walking is a bit doggy with limited sidewalks and speedy traffic, but we managed with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“On arrival, after a long journey, my wife and I needed lunch and something to drink. We were sent nearly 1km along a dangerous road without a pavement to a closed restaurant. When I asked for help to get lunch I was told that by an exceptionally rude receptionist “I am not your slave”, and “your lunch is not my problem”. Even after explaining that my wife was ill, the rude receptionist continued to argue with me a lecture me on ‘local customs’. However, the other staff at the hotel could not...
