“They wish to contact 72hours before coming, but they did response. No services at all. Room was ok and balcony was great. During the night there was others coming and going making noise. (Mainly doors and locks were noisy)”

It is not in the centre of Milan, you will need to take tube to get to Milan, it is easy and convenient and the town where is located is beautiful.
