“Check in process wasn’t bad. The room was just enough for what we needed. The a/c is not the best. The real problem was when we got locked out of our room and we called for someone to fix the lock, initially, someone came out to check the lock, he established it was inoperable, said he’d be back to fix it the next day and never showed up. “The room were in ok condition, but the walls were quite thin, so you could basicly here people speaking next door. Ear plugs are recommended anyway, because there is also a lot noise from the street. Check-in and check-out was made remotely and I am not a great fan of that, I prefer personal contact with the staff. But all and all, all the matters were solved.”
