"I was pleased with this property from the initial engagement during check-in. The process was organized and efficient with staff being responsive to our requests. Additionally, the staff provided complimentary champagne in observance of my wedding anniversary. The lounge was an excellent place for dining and Aperitivo time. My husband and I patronized the lounge several times and were able to become acquainted with the servers. The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage - it is steps away from Duomo, the shopping mall, and several restaurants. I have stayed in multiple European hotels and the Rosa Grand Milano is top tier!"

"This hotel is absolutely AWESOME! We really enjoyed our stay there. Prod: Awesome and friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness stands out. Cons: None My wife and I and our 7 years old twins stayed there 4 nights, and even my daughter said this is the best hotel we every stayed at. We will be back in 3 weeks."
