“Room was wide and clean with a modern, newly renovated appearance! The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Location was very close to the central station. The staff tried their best to accommodate my needs (earlier check in, luggage storage etc.) Highly recommend this place!”

“Pros - Very clean with decent water pressure and water temperature - Convenient parking - Friendly staff - A sense of being in a proper house / great atmosphere - Very reasonable price - Air conditioning worked - Generous supply of shampoo and shower caps - Fridge worked - Lighting worked - Decent bed quality - Free bottles of water Suggestions - It would be better to inform the guest in advance that communication can be done easily by WhatsApp. Hotel.com messaging did not work...

“We were made very welcome by Elisa and Stefania. Lovely, quiet place to stay with a lot of character. Easy to drive to the furniture fair and nearby villages and towns for sightseeing. Thank you for a fabulous stay and see you next time! ”

“This was the most beautiful, least functional room of our entire trip. The view was amazing but we didn't get to enjoy it much as we were barely in the room except to sleep. Obviously I saw in the pics that the shower and tub were in the open which I don't love, but I still booked it. The bigger problem is that the room is soooooo loud. We didn't sleep at all. You can hear every person come and go within the "hotel". And the main street is just below along with a bustling restaurant. We could...

“We felt like home away from home it was clean surrounded by beautiful scenery all the lakes como key sites not very far Every time we messaged the hotel response was straight away during stay and before check in Beautiful balcony and garden with sitting area with kids friendly toys and spaces in the garden We will be back”

“Very old building but perfectly fine if you don’t believe in ghosts”
