โNew ownership is addressing many of the issues this location has been having. Staff was clearly trying their best. Breakfast was much better than previously. Maintenance is still not there yet, but they are making improvements. Good value hotel with great location.โ
โMy daughter, wife, and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, and clean, However, on the 2nd day of our stay, the room was not clear, especially on the floor although housemaid cleaned up. The shampoo and conditioners were not refilled, and I needed to go to the front desk and asked them. โClean, quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel is near great. food and shopping. Front desk Staff was professional and courteous. Cleaning staff was okay. Kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the buffet. Customers had to continually request items to be replenished.
Breakfast was provided but ran out of key items (waffle mix) each morning. Food station was replenished but took a little time.โ
