"Everything was fine"

"The room was great, the staff was great and the cleanliness was great! There were two minor issues that I really didn't care for, First, the outside noise from other rooms and folks was higher that what I expected. Secondly, When I got up in the morning the first thing I did was to make a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker. Well, it was unplugged which I didn't know at first (thought it was broken) but I then followed the cord and saw that it was not plugged in, the receptacle only had 2 outlets and one was in use for the microwave and the other was being used for the mini fridge which I unplugged as it wasn't in use so I did get to make a cup of coffee. I will say that after making the coffee, it was terrible (I didn't expect the best but this was not good, close to the worst,they may want to change brands? The sugar packet only contained 1 sugar and 1 creamer. I used 2 packets and it still didn't help! I do travel quite a bit and other chains beat this coffee, hands down, along with better packets!"

"Parking 9 dollars night, breakfast good, staff courteous, difficult to communicate in English, had to contact housekeeping daily for towels or to empty trash. Picture on hotels. Com showed room with sleeper sofa,but wasn't represented correctly. Picture said room was 2 queen beds with sofa,but not what you truly had, false advertisement. "

"Bathroom tub didn't drain, bathroom needed updated, surprise 125.00 charge for our 8 lb chiweenie. Definitely not worth the price."

"We were originally booked for 2 nights and travel to another city and get another hotel. Sparks was enough to quickly book for another 2 nights stay. It was well worth the stay even if we had to travel a bit. Thank you"

"The hotel was very nice. The lobby was clean and bright. The room was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast in the morning was also nice considering we were up and early both days we stayed there. We would definitely stay again."
