"Really friendly staff, makes such a difference to your stay when you feel genuinely welcomed. Great room, with bath, and fridge. Quiet and I slept really well. Tasty breakfast, with fresh orange juice, great coffee, boil your own egg, and freshly baked croissants and fresh baguettes. It is located in somewhat quiet area, but you can still walk to a couple of restaurants nearby. Ski rental right across the hotel, which was really convenient. And hotel offers free shuttle to ski lift, which you need to arrange a day in advance. Spa area somewhat basic, ok for a short visit, but I wouldn’t chose to stay there long. Hotel also has a bar and restaurant. "

"Rooms are beautifully decorated, the interior of the hotel is also nicely designed, but the staff wasn’t particularly friendly. Sure they did the job but it felt a bit, if not hostile, indifferent. Some parts of restaurant aren’t cleaned properly, you could see dust on consoles, bread crumbs on sofas. And then also their spa didn’t work. They have known this at the time of my booking but only informed me some days before my arrival when the booking was non refundable. "

"The room we had was very nice and would be called large if it hadn’t been in the roof. Height was restricted down one side of the room; this meant to get to one side of the bed you had to crouch.
