"Brilliant hotel. Room was excellent with a walk in wardrobe. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned/tidied twice in a day. The views of lake Annecy were incredible and the deco/design of the hotel was equally good."

"The hotel has a stunning view of lake and mountains. We had a lake view room, which was absolutely worth it. The spa is great- highly recommend the massage and body scrub. The terrace is a fantastic place to sir and have a drink, enjoy the view of the lake. Here the staff were inattentive to those customers sitting at the far end. Otherwise the staff were great and treated us to a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit cheesecake for our wedding anniversary. We would definitely return!"

"The stairs in the Lodgy part are quite steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. The hotel caters to an active crowd and has a fantastic outdoor area with seasonal entertainment. It also has a locked cage for safe motorcycle parking."
