"Excellent emplacement, parfait pour être plus tranquille tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Les salles de bain sont rénovés et le reste de l’appartement très propre et conforme aux photos. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour."

"One of the best experiences with a hotel in all of our travels. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was large, comfortable and well furnished with a great balcony and amazing views. Our fridge was stocked with free beer, juice and water daily, which was a great little perk. The hotel is right beside the Aiguille du Midi, which is great if you have an early reservation. All of Chamonix is extremely walkable, so there is no such thing as a bad location. The quaint town, the unforgettable views and the charm of the hotel made this three of our most memorable days ever."

"There was a mixup upon my check in, which the staff handled ok. The room i finally got had everything as described. The bathroom was a bit outdated and smelly, but everything worked fine. The location was absolutely perfect, the bed comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. And the price was reasonable. I’d consider coming back."

"I stayed at the Big Sky Hotel & Spa on my way back from Milan, and this place is simply amazing! Everything about the stay was absolute perfection: 1. Location & Views: The location is incredible, featuring a breathtaking view of the glacier. 2. Spa Facilities: The spa area is top-notch, complete with both a relaxing sauna and a swimming pool. 3. Service: The staff at the reception were extraordinarily welcoming and helpful. 4. Rooms & Style: The room was huge, beautifully styled—seriously, wow!—and the overall theme throughout the hotel is wonderful. I highly recommend staying here; it is easily my favorite hotel of the season!"

"We loved it here! The hotel felt very up to date, clean and safe (just wish they had elevators - the stairs are extremely narrow and hard to navigate). Our room was lovely and comfortable. You can add on breakfast as an additional cost and buy a coffee, hot cocoa, etc (although it’s 4 EUR for just half a cup lol). Great location as well - down an alleyway right by a main street! Lots of restaurants, shops, etc just 1 minute away. This hotel is also very inexpensive!"
