A wonderful, accommodating staff, beautiful grounds, nice bar, great restaurant and a waiting vehicle to take you to wherever you would like - in a big valley like Chamonix that is very valuable. "We stayed at this hotel on our route of the TMB. It was luxurious and a lovely location, they have upgraded the facilities and it was all quite lovely. The sauna was not working, but the steam room was fantastic. Restaurant downstairs was fully booked before our arrival. Also, if this is something that matters to you, I suggest making a reservation ahead of time."

"Lovely property with great great pool, sauna and steam room, often a shortage of towels. Think the lobby and main areas only get cleaned once a week as often look in need of a Hoover. Nicely furnished. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Rooms nice and spacious with fridge and balcony. Great location. "
