"This is a nice hotel! Anytime I’m in the area, this is my go to. I splurged on the river view with a balcony this time, and it was worth it! You can take in the fresh air and view from the balcony or just appreciate the view from inside. The breakfast is tasty and the bar is a must try. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly. My only complaint is the glassware in my room were dirty. The glass had some stains on them (they looked leftover from not entirely washing off in the dishwasher) and the mugs had coffee rings inside. This was a little upsetting for the price but I’d still recommend the hotel."

"Our stay was fine. The room conditions were fine. The staff was very courteous and helpful, except when it came to getting our room made up. We were assured it would be and when it wasn't, we requested financial adjustments to the cost of our stay. We were assured that it would be taken up with the general manager and we would see some adjustment. When we checked out and inquired of the adjustment, we were told it couldn't be done since we booked through Hotels.com, but that we would receive a generous level of bonus points added to our Hilton account. And that any financial adjustment would have to come from Hotels.com. Easier said than done, since it is not easy to get a return call from Hotel.com. Sigh..."
