The location is fine. The sheets were clean. There was lots of hot water for a long shower. BUT:
The facility is in VERY poor condition: the upholstery on the chair was filthy, the walls had numerous,large areas of chipped off paint and screw holes, the fire alarm was missing everything but the base, the toilet paper holder was hanging by 1 screw, the sink was plumbed backwards with hot on the right......
Although pleasant when he finally answered the locked office door at 5:30 at night, the proprietor had on ragged clothes with shredded cuffs that no thrift store would accept. The sign on the door was dirty and torn......kind of expressing the general summary of the place: sadly in great need of maintenance.
